Almond Mylk

Here is a good recipe from Ani Phyo's Raw Food Kitchen book.  I also enjoy the chocolate mylk version!


1/2 Cup soaked Almonds
1/2 Cup pitted Dates
1 Vanilla Bean (I substitute this for one teaspoon of organic vanilla extract)
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
5 Cups of Pure Water

Blend for 30 seconds to a minute.
